What is an honor society, and how is it different from a fraternity/sorority?

​An honor society is an organization that formally recognizes students for outstanding academic achievement, leadership, service, and character and we are Nationally recognized.

Unlike fraternities/sororities, honor societies do not require a "rush" process or dues, and anyone is welcome to join!

What are the different levels of membership?

Are there dues required to join?

There are no dues associated with General and Distinguished membership. Becoming a Nationally Inducted does require dues, typically ~$100​

What is the process of national induction?

National induction occurs every spring semester​

Those who have completed three semesters at any PSU campus, achieved a sGPA and cGPA of a 3.3 or greater, and pay the respective dues are eligible to to apply!
