Attached are membership documents that you may find helpful if you seek to become an AED Distinguished Member and/or Nationally Inducted:

Volunteering with another organization or through volunteer.psu.edu and want the hours to count toward distinguished membership requirements? No problem! Just print out this form, fill it out, and have the supervisor or person in charge of the event sign it. Make sure to hand it into the Secretary of Membership by the indicated dates: 

• Fall Semester = By the first week of December

• Spring Semester = By the last week of April
